RODGER MARTIN signing and discussing FOR ALL THE TEA IN ZHONGGUO his newly published anthology of poems in translation. The book consists of two parts – the first being Rodger’s own poems mostly resulting from his travels to China including his spring 2015 visit to lecture on poetry at Shanghai University. These poems appear on facing pages in his English version and a Chinese translation. The book’s second part features original Chinese poems accompanied by their English language translations. Nanjiang Hyde, who grew up in Beijing, China and now teaches Mandarin Chinese in Keene, will accompany Rodger and read the Chinese versions.
