My Perspectives is an eclectic array of poems. Included are themes relegating the beauty of nature reminiscent of New England. Spiritual and political viewpoints are presented. There is emphasis on human relationships depicting the joys and sorrows of living. Family, friends and pets have their share of the thought process of the writer. Thrown in to extract a chuckle or two are discomforting senior moments. Photographs are interspersed to engage the reader and provide complementary images.
Esther M. Cantua was born in MA and moved to NH at an early age, where she resided most of her life. She earned a B.S. degree in Human Services from Springfield College, while working as a secretary for the State of NH, and later worked as Office Manager in a facility, which nurtures infants and young children. After retirement she and her husband Ray (pictured) moved to Arizona to soak up the culture there before returning to New England to reconnect with family and friends. Esther and her husband share a love of animals, nature, dancing and travel. They have adopted two shelter dogs. Earlier they purchased an RV and traveled both northern and southern routes in the US and have taken cruises to the Caribbean and Canada.
