Peterborough - Arthur Houghton discusses his novel "Dark Athena" and his own thoughts and experiences as a curator of antiquities

ARTHUR HOUGHTON signing and discussing DARK ATHENA  his suspenseful novel about a museum curator’s investigation into the mysterious provenance of a spectacular marble statue. The reader is taken into the world of stolen art, fakery, and of the question of who owns mankind’s cultural heritage. Arthur Houghton was himself curator of antiquities at the Getty Museum in the 1980s when a scandal precipitated by a rogue curator rocked the museum world.
