The Milford High School History Club participates in the annual National History Day competition at the state and national levels. Team members participate in extensive research projects connected to a yearly theme. This year's theme is "Diplomacy & Debate in History". Students present their projects to college professors hoping to be judged worthy enough to advance to the national finals.

The Toadstool Bookshop is an integral part of their success by sponsoring an evening where the Club displays and discusses their projects (ie: they're here to meet and thank you!) and in return we donate a percentage of all the sales that night to help them offset their travel expenses.

MHS History Club will be sending 8 students and 4 projects to compete at the national finals. This is the 8th year in a row the MHS students have made the finals. Show your support by coming out and meeting the kids, check out their projects and with anything you buy this night - book, journal, CD, DVD, etc, you help get the kids down to Washington, DC. Thank you!
