Join us for a book discussion and signing with KATHRYN LoCONTE. SEARCHING FOR SAFFRON is the story of Anna Collins; unhappy with the 23 years she has lived. In one swift move, she embarks on a 'round the world journey. As she wanders from country to country, we see pieces of Anna's past, and with the new places, people and experiences bombarding her senses, Anna comprehends what she wants from life.

Kathryn was born in Haverhill, MA and moved to New Hampshire in 2004 to work and write for Yankee Magazine and the Nashua Telegraph, and has lived in the Granite State ever since. Though she has traveled to six continents, including many of the locations found in this novel, she has always called New England home. She holds a BA in Journalism, a BFA concentrating in photography, and an MA in Creative Writing from Dartmouth College.
