CHUCK HOGAN is the author of several acclaimed novels, including The Standoff, The Blood Artists, The Killing Moon, The Prince of Thieves (aka The Town) which won the 2005 Hammett Award and was called 'one of the ten best novels of the year' by Stephen King, and was an Academy Award-nominated film from Warner Brothers starring Ben Affleck. Chuck has also co-authored with writer/film director Guillermo Del Toro the terrifying vampire trilogy The Strain.

Tonight's event coincides with the release of his latest crime novel in paperback, Devils In Exile. Neal Maven comes home to Boston from his tour of Iraq with nothing - no job, friends, or future. Then he meets Brad Royce, a fellow vet, charismatic and confident.
