KEENE - Jim Beard to sign his "White Mocs on the Red Road"

On Sat., May 28 at 2:00 p.m., Jim Beard (a.k.a. Noodin) will sign and discuss his book White Mocs on the Red Road: Walking Spirit in a Native Way.

A student of native teachings from Ojibwe Elders living throughout the Great Lakes Region of the U.S. and Canada, Jim Beard has written an account of his extraordinary path to understanding: White Mocs on the Red Road.

Since 2005 Jim has resided at Monadnock State Park in Jaffrey, New Hampshire on Mt. Monadnock. When not traveling to do programs and ceremonies throughout the U.S. and Canada, he works in the park as a ranger, emergency responder, interpreter and park camping host.
