On Sunday, May 23, at 2:00 p.m. Cheryl Wilfong will be signing and discussing her new book, The Meditative Gardener: Cultivating Mindfulness of Body, Feeling, and Mind. In this wise, down-to-earth book, master gardener and mindfulness meditation teacher Wilfong lovingly offers us a rich bouquet of the Buddha's teachings.
