Carolyn Potts Hayward will be signing her new book, Letters from India at 2:00 p.m. on Nov. 7, 2009. The book is a true story chronicling the lives of Ned and Ginny, Carolyn's parents, and the adventures they had in India, the United States, and Canada.

 

About Carolyn: "I was born in South Africa. Three years later, we moved to Calcutta, India. Life was a constant adventure. There was so much to see in a country filled with history. My schooling was just as adventuresome. At eight, I was sent to Switzerland to attend Chatelard School, above Montreux, nestled in the Swiss Alps in the tiny village of Les Avants. At thirteen, we moved to the united States and settled in Connecticut. I attended Rosemary Hall, a girl's prep school and after graduation, I went on to graduating college with a degree in Art."
