Join bird lover Jacquelyn M. Howard and other bird-loving contributors to Tale Feathers: A Celebration of Birds, Birders and Bird Watching for an informative and inspiring discussion about birds and bird watching. Jacquelyn is trained in bird identification and bird-banding techniques through the Institute for Bird Populations, Point Reyes Station, California. She has worked as an avian field biologist from Maine to Florida, with an emphasis on threatened and endangered shorebirds. Additionally, she has birded all over the United States and Europe, New Zealand, Canada, and the Caribbean.
