Among the Elms Keene Writers' Group meets here the first Wednesday of the month at 7:00 p.m. (For a limited time, the group will meet on the third Wednesday too). Among the Elms is a writers' group for those with a love for the written word. Come to share and create work. Come for feedback, fellowship, support, inspiration, and information.

Join us in welcoming Christine Sandor to The Toadstool Bookshop in Keene! She will talk about her books and gladly autograph them for you.

Warming the Stone Children is a true story of mother-daughter sexual abuse. It explores Christine's experience of recovering and dealing with the memories that were hidden and blocked for over thirty years, and how coming home to the God she always believed was with her was the catalyst in her healing process.

Christine Sandor is a licensed clinical social worker (LICSW), minister, and published author. She specializes in trauma, grief, and crisis work, and has been a child psychotherapist since 1994.
